We analyse your audio, we don't keep it. No cookies, no third-party trackers, no advertising, no sale of data.
Uploaded audio (free tools): processed in a temporary folder to produce your report, deleted automatically when analysis completes or within 24 hours. The derived numbers (tempo, loudness, playlist-fit scores) stay on your results page for up to 24 hours, then are deleted.
Studio projects: your uploads and the generated kit are stored under your account so you can return to them. Your source master is deleted 48 hours after the kit is ready; generated assets remain until you delete the project. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Account email: used to sign you in (magic links; we store no passwords) and for service messages. Waitlist emails are used once, to announce checkout. Legal basis: contract / consent.
Payments: handled by Polar Software Inc. as Merchant of Record. We never see your card details. Polar's privacy policy applies to the checkout: polar.sh/legal/privacy.
Analytics: first-party, cookieless, server-side event counts keyed to a daily-rotating anonymous identifier derived from your IP. The identifier cannot be linked back to you after the day ends. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in understanding aggregate usage.
Servers are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Traffic is proxied by Cloudflare, Inc. Transactional email is delivered by our email provider when in use. These processors act under data-processing agreements.
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to legitimate-interest processing, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Deleting a Studio project removes its files immediately; deleting your account removes the account record and projects. Contact: [email protected].
Controller within the meaning of Art. 4 (7) GDPR is the service provider identified in the legal notice (Impressum), reachable at the postal address stated there and at [email protected]. Where this policy says "we", it refers to that controller.
