Refund policy

One-time kits

If a Release Kit or Mastering Kit fails to build, arrives with broken files, or clearly does not match what the product page describes, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund it in full — your choice. Because kits are digital products generated specifically from your uploaded material and delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content lapses once you start the build with your express consent; this goodwill policy applies instead and is not conditional on technical fault being proven first — reasonable dissatisfaction claims within 14 days are honoured.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further renewals are charged. If you were charged a renewal you did not intend and have not used the service in that period, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund of that renewal.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Request a refund by emailing [email protected] (include your Paddle receipt number) or by replying to your Paddle receipt email.
